Everyday Portraits

There’s always something extraordinary found in the ordinary, something spontaneous hidden in staticity. This, for me, is the beauty of portrait photography. It’s a process of transforming something seemingly mundane into something that’s introspective and thought-provoking. That was my motivation behind Everyday Portraits, a short series of people going about their everyday lives in Hong Kong. Consider the photographs more closely, and perhaps you might discover something more about each of these individuals.
